unnecessary deductions

Name of company/service: reliance communications

hello,
today my bal. was deducted upto 40rs unnecessary and when i called to reliance customer care they dont have appropriate answers. govt should take strict actions towards these type of telecom companies who do business just to earn profits. reliance communications cant handle their customers neither they can provide appropriate services.A FAKE COMPANY !!!
