Hi my name is Dharmendra Kumar. I used Barclays Bank credit and had very pathetic experience with them. I used only credit card one time and spend approx. 1600 and waited for credit card statement. When approx. 0ne month passed away, I got a call from Barclays Bark and they asked me that your credit card outstanding amount is approx. 2500, I asked them that I did not received any statement and I only used approx. 1600, why it’s come around 2500, agent told me that your last payment due date has already gone and now your outstanding amount is 2500 because it include the late payment charges and interest, I asked him why should I pay that amount although I only used approx. 1600, and I also did not get any statement from your side, he told me that they will settled some amount and I have to pay around approx. 2100, as per his conversation I paid 2100 amount. After couple of month, I again got a call from Barclay bank that your outstanding amount is still pending and they already disabled my Barclays Credit card and now they told me now I have to pay amount 4500, I told them all story and after couple of time conversion they told me that they can only settled up to amount 2500 but I did not get any final solution of my issue and I was harassed by agents in call center. Now I want to file a complaint against Barclays bank for harassment as well as i will raise to media. As I am an Indian citizen so i need help from consumer court. And I have full faith in justice.
