I HAD PURCHASED DELL AERO MOBILE FROM LOTUS, SAPNA SANGEETA MAIN ROAD INDORE ON 17.06.2012 B/ NO 02C202183 THE SAME WAS GIVEN TO SERVICE CENTRE M/S ACCER FRONTLINE SERVICE LTD, INDORE FOR REPAIR ON 13.12.2012 THEY DID NOT ANY JOB CARD OR PRINTED RECEIPT THEY HAD JUST WRITTEN THE DETAILS ON PLAIN PAPER WITH SEAL & SIGN. THERE WAS PROBLEM IN WI FI. I HAVE CONTINUOULY IN FOLLOW UP WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE THEY ARE BLAMING THE COMPANY THAT TILL DATE THEY HAVE SENT THE
HANDSET. I ASK THE QUESTION TO THE COMPANY HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE OR REPAIR THE MOBILE DO COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY SKILL PERSON TO DO IN ATLEAST TWO MONTHS. THE MOBILE WAS GIVEN ON 13.12.2012 AND TODAY IS 15.02.2013. TWO MONTHS HAVE ALREADY PAST BUT TILL I DONT KNOW MY MOBILE WHAT IS MY MOBILE STATUS. WHEN WILL I GET THE SAME, WHAT SHOULD I DO & WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AS A CONSUMER.
