Hi All,
Below is the mail from Tikona for the deactivation of my account. I want to know when I will be getting the refund amount as I have used only 1 month of 3 months plan.
It has been 3 months now when I lodged the request of disconnection. Till today no refund has come to me. Please expedite the process or else I have to take this complain to consumer court.
