on 29 nov 2011, i disconnected tataindicom no. 05626456947 after paying dues of Rs 858. i was supposed to be refunded Rs 500 back as security money. till date i have not received.whenever i go to sadar agra from where i got connection, response is negative and discouraging.they say about all sorties. now i learnt that this money has been given to new holder of this number meera singh. please help
