Dear Sir/Madam,
I wanted to buy Akash Tablet and for that i have paid Rs. 3000 through DD in the month of February, 2012. I paid the money because i wanted to get early delivery of the device which has been scheduled to the end of March, 2012. But till date i did not get my device. I have mailed to Datawind Support Team around ten times but each time i get a response which mentioned that my device is in delivery process. It is almost one year passed and still i don’t have my device which should be in my hand by the end of march, 2012. Now i just don’t know what should i do. Please suggest me what should i do now.
