We purchased one window A.C. of Blue Star model no. 2WAE081YB 0.75 TN fro Vijay Sales Prabhadevi Mumbai on 17/10/2012.The warranty for the A.C. machine is for period of 12 months for any part and for compressor 5 years from the date of purchase. we lodge the complaint with blue star call centre for non working of A.C. on 281\2013 bearing complaint no. B 1301280103. Their technician visited our place on 29\1\2013 and found fault in PCB panel. He removed it from machine and took it with him to workshop for repair,checking or replacement.After 2 or 3 days he came and fit the PCB. About one hour after he left our premises,we switch on A.C.we find there was spark and A.C. did not work. We again complaint them regarding this, they said next day techician will come and see. Next day technician came and found problem in compressor. after any request they collected defective machine for change of compressor till today they have not given the machine in ok condition nor they reply properrly. We talked any times to Blue Star executive Prashant having mobile no.09820597437 but he is also not responding properly
