Took Money but did not deliver Order.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: FlowerAura

On The Occasion of Valentine day i had done booking of 3 items from floweraura by paying 2562/- rupees online . but as per there commitment they did not deliver my order till this time. My Order Number : 39581. i have done booking on 13 feb 2013 for 14 feb. despite of many mails and calls to customer care , i have not recieved satisfactory reply.

I hope you will look into matter and help people like me who trust on fraud site like flowerAura.
