unnecessary bil for cug

Hi.my airtel no is 9890986066.I m using it fot last 8 yrs.b4 3 months i got a call from airtel that they r offering a gud cug plan.so I swiched to that plan.bt in first bill I came to kno that only two nos they added in cug.I made complain for that.they agree bt again in next month bil they again r saying only 2 nos r thr in cug.I m calling in customer care bt they r nt responding wel.they r giving me a mental torture since last 7 days.kindly do sumthing.
