<p><b>Location/place</b>: Himachal pradesh/ Baddi</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel</p>I had made a recharge at my cntct no 9816215105 of Rs 19 dated Jan 15,2013 in which call rates are 1rs/3min,but this pack was automatically changed by company without any information,presently they charged me Rs2.33 for 1.33 min. today when I saw my balance it was reduced highly and get to know this change when confirmed from customer care. customer care says that it is a company policy. Because of this I faced a problem economically. The same change is made in my local plan also.
