Rs.48.71 deducted in name of internet usage

Location/place: kolkata

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

today Rs. 48.71 balance was deducted from my main balance by reliance gsm. When i ask them how much data was used they don’t say anything. they kept my phone on waiting for so long and one after another people talked to me. I still have my promo balance but money was deducted from main balance. How do I register a complaint on consumer court.
