Unnecessary balance cut, and no calls allowed now inspite of balance

Location/place: Gandhinagar

Name of company/service: Reliance

I had Rs.100+ of balance in my account, suddenly it dropped down to Rs.30, and this, inspite of the fact that I had my net and msg pack activated some days ago only. In addition to it, when I call anyone, it says ‘You have insufficient balance’! No msgs are sent, and no net connection, how am I going to contact anyone? Their customer care also not working, if immediate action is not taken, I am definitely going to file a case, as my friend also is suffering from the same problem and she has lost more than Rs.200 in this company’s negligence and is not able to contact anyone from a week.
