I have Purchased a mobile from www.timtara.com on 11th Dec’2012, I have been calling them since a month every day and they could neither deliver nor refund my payment of 15k.
Customer service is so mean and they speak very reckless as they don’t bother and as calls never gets tracked/monitored and i come by across many other consumers who are facing similar problems and reporting in many forums
Please help me in getting my money back as i have to pay to my card due
