two times debit in my account till now not credit with my account since last one months.

Name of company/service: reliance fresh

I’ve purchased few items and amount is Rs.181/- from reliance fresh at cut tack road, bhubaneswar, odisha. Auth code is 165163 on 31.12.2012 at 20.10.39 video bill no- C1142. #0184 / 31.12.2012.
So I give my debit card the sales man swipe it told that not work and give another debit card,swipe it will be done. But unfortunate debit also in my two cards, so very next day complaint and so my statements they have told me that within four days credit with your account, but after one week again their manager and give again statement, he also same words but not credit in my account so last meet again but their manager misguide to me and told me not credit in my account.

So I told that is it customer service of reliance group, this is not matter of Rs.181/- .

This is my request to you kindly not again other peoples.
