GAS leakage issue not resolved from last 10 days

Location/place: Sector 41 , Noida

Name of company/service: HP Gas/ Narender GAS Agency

I live in sector 41 Noida, My GAS is leaking from last 10 days and your service man is not coming to check it.

His name is KAMAL and number is 9811548090 , every time he will tell me that he is in Delhi and will come by evening and he never comes. I’m tired of calling him again and again and finally decided to log my complaint here.

also every time I call on GAS agency number 2430528 it will come busy or if ringing no body will pick the call .. this is happening from last 10 days !!! i’ve lost my faith in your services .. HP kindly block these guys to operate Nareder GAs agency .. It sucks

    HI,
    I had a similar issue with HP gas. I was given the same number by a guy but when I had a gas leakage problem and I called up this guy he told me that he is not from HP gas but from Bharat gas. Also at Narinder gas agency no body picks up call or very rarely they will pick up the call. HP gas service really need improvement. They even don’t attend emergency calls like gas leaks etc.
    HP gas please improve your service or be ready for legal consequences.
