Reliance deducting money without reasons

i bought a new reliance simcard and today it got activated i.e 30th jan 2013 at 8 pm and then i activated whatsapp service of Rs 16 immediately Rs 16 got deactivated and whenever I am using whatsapp reliance is deducted money from my main balance simply horrible within few hours i can feel switching to reliance is not to be a good decision i want my Rs 50 back immediately
