I booked two tickets from makemytrip.com. Onward journey ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune pnr:5934772-335159, Bus Operator Veer Travels. Bus was supposed to leave at 6.30pm and it left at 5.30pm. No intimation about change in timing.
Return Journey : Pune to Ahmedabad pnr:5944716336062, Bus Operator : Gujarat Travels, No information provided about arrival of bus at bus stop even after repeated call to office. Bus left without calling the passenger. No alternate arrangement provided for return journey.
