Cheating

Location/place: Salt Lake, Kolkata 700 091

The matter may be divided into two phases :
1st phase : On 26.12.13, I received a call from tel. No. +911206406714 from SBI credit card Deptt. ( As said by the caller but actually it was from Cachemercantile.com which I came to know later on) and offer me a SBI Gold Card. I was said “for that GOLD card, an amount of Rs. 6,999/- will be charged through my card out of which Rs. 4000/- will be reimbursed automatically & remaining Rs. 3,000/- will be paid by me in instalments. When I agreed, I was asked to reveal my card no. & CVV, when I hesitate to do so, I was said that it was a part of process & nothing to worry. As I was told that the call was from SBI Cr. Card Deptt., So I did not bother. Afterwards, while doing online transaction, I found that the online transaction password of the said card has been changed & I could not able to retrieve the same. Then I checked my SMS’s in my cell as whenever any transaction is made on my card, it is informed through SMS’s & found that a online transaction was made at Cachemercantile.com for Rs. 6,999/-. Then I call the bank and locked my card .

2nd phase : On 19.01.2013, I received a call from DTDC courier, Tank no. 13, Salt Lake Office and came to know that a percel from Cachemercantile.com has come for me. Then & There, I contacted with this company over telephone ( +911206406714) & told the whole story to their executive & expressed lack of interest. He suggested me not to receive the percel since the same once opened cannot be taken back. He also assured that the money will be refunded to me also. The percel has been returned on the same day.

Now the company is saying that nothing will be refunded

Is there any way to get may money back ?
