Sir/ Madam
I am Madhura Yadav, I ordered an Indian Sofa in Wood Impression (Manufacturers imported and Indian Sofa, Near divya school sadhashiva Nagar, tumkuru – 02.) They said they will deliver on Jan 1, we waited till today, now he said he wont deliver the product. We have paid 10,000 and Bill no. 809. Now what to do sir….

    I have also taken a sofa (3+2+Diwan) from Wood Impression.The sofa delivered was defected.I tried reaching them for replacement but haven’t heard anything from them.

    Lodge a complaint with police station and with consumer forum with your bill and warranted details.
