I have purchased a Mahindra Rodeo RZ scooter in the month od september from S. M. Motors, Killa Pardi, Dist. Valsad who has a dealership in Dist. Valsad, Gujarat also. They said that their service center shall start shortly whin a month but till date they had not started it & the customers had to travel 15 to 20 kms. away spending their own petrol & get it done in other service center. There after they committed that they are unable to start so theyb shall pay the petrol allowance for travelling to the nearest service center. Which they did not do it. I had launch the complain to Mahindra Customer Care whose complain no. is INB6494 Dt. 11.01.2013 & did followups thrice on 15.01.2013, 19.01.2013 & 21.01.2013 but no result.
