Hi,
I have booked a courier (Consignment # H11299518) from Hyderbad to Pune on 23-Jan-2013, which was suppose to deliver to destination on 25-Jan-2013. But the consignment was not delivered even on Tue, 29-Jan-2013 !!.
When I called customer care in Hyderabad 040- 33004444, they don’t have information when it will be delivered. They have asked me to contact Mumbai number 022- 33004444. When I have contacted Mumbai customer care, they don’t have information about and I was asked to contact Pune customer care 020- 33004444. When I called Pune customer care, the executive -Chitraksha don’t have any information and she was very rude in communication. She asked me to contact another number 020 64008267 for more details. Then I called this number, they dont have information about this number. And I should contact Baner region office for the updates, but they dont have Baner contact number !!!!
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AND WORST EXPERIENCE I AM HAVING WITH DTDC SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE. NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF COURIER. ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES DON’T HAVE INFORMATION OR COURTESY TO BE POLITE ON PHONE.THIS IS REALLY SHAME ON YOUR PART.
I NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TOWARDS THIS MATTER AND GET AN ASSURANCE THAT THE COURIER IS DELIVERED TO DESTINATION AT LEAST BY TODAY I.E. 29-JAN-2013. I AM TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND ESCALATING TO TOP LEVEL SENIOR MANAGEMENT. ALSO FILING A CASE ON CONSUMER COURT FOR THE DAMAGES.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
