Name of company/service: Overnite Courier
I had booked an i-ticket from irctc.co.in. The ticket was to be delivered by Overnite Courier service as per the mode of delivery of irctc. When my courier didn’t arrive even after 3 days, I called up Overnite on their phone numbers. But to my utter surprise, every time I called, they just received it and then hung up. No one is receiving the call at all. My ticket is yet to arrive and my journey is scheduled for tomorrow. I do not know what to do. I am helpless. Please help
