I’m N.Arunagiri Nathan. I had worked in M/s Indus Teqsite private limited during the period from 1st January 2008 to 25th January 2011, situated at chennai. At the time of joining, I had a bond for 2 years and 3 months period (from 1st August 2008 to 31st October 2010) and they mentioned my increment period as after 1 year in the offer letter. As per my offer letter, I have to get my appraisal in October’2009. But they had given the performance rating form in December’2009 and I got my increment letter in June’2010, Which was stated that, “Your increment period started from January’2010 and we will give the arrear amount within three months”. I got my appraisal salary (Rs. 15000 per month) in the month of June’2010, until before, I got my consolidated salary Rs.8000/- per month from the joining. So they have to give the arrear amount for 5 months.
I relieved from the organization on 25th January’2011 due to personal reason. Since now, from the date of relieving, I didn’t get my arrear amount for 5 months. I sent lot of mails to HR-Admin, Finance department and even company CEO. But they didn’t respond for my mail and arrear amount. HR-Admin only replied that, “Once management take decision, we will inform to you” since 1.75 years. But Still they didn’t consider my mails for giving arrear amount.
