i buy a new car o tata indica vista vx . in nov-2011 from mehta motors ,bibbi wala road .bhatinda (punjab).after ist service of my car they r cheating with me every time they charge money from me of every part of car even i have a full insurance of my car .i .m patient of kidneys my both kidneys was shirnked for that i sale my pusthani land and purchase new car from mehta motors.but i see his body shop manager and m.d was cheating with innocent people theywas same do with me .in accident my car was damaged and i call to his workshop and tow my car to repair but they demand of towing my car lot of money which i cant afford for that i contact with private towing van and he send my car in some ruppess which is very low against him.after that he sending me a some blank paper to sign on it.but my brother inssist me that i will sign on this papers because he dont know abt cars .even when i purchase a new car they told me that every service was free of cost but realaity is opposite .then he cant clear my cashless discount because the surveior of national insurance surveior demand me 20000rs for clear the cashless claim and his workshop manager were also demand 10000rs against doing my car repair .but i dont give him both persions money then he harrase me and my car was bound in his workshop .then i pay 70000rs (near abt) cash and my father pik car from his workshop .then i go to consumer court but any common persion have help from any one i submit lot of complaints to tata head office and various sites but iresult is same no body help me and today consumer court judge asking to me that i go to his workshop and he will repair the car .when i go to his workshop they were nothing doing and also tell me now u.r car repair was 40000rs.for that i want to strugler with that type of crrupt peoples.for that i need all of u.r help because if u support me then we will definateily win . now that is depend on all of u .we fight against him . pls help me i .m very thankfull to all of u.
