I HAVE PURCHASE A LAPTOP FROM BLUE STAR COMPUTERS ,INDORE ADDRESS-LB3 B-BLOCK SILVER MALL RNT MARG INDORE,[email protected]
i have purchased on 11 april 2012 invoice no.-0028.the shop had provided me dell inspiron 15R Model service tag 49RYFR1 which is of dubai. I told them that provide me laptop which is of india so that i can easily get home service of dell india for 1 year but they provided me laptop by saying it that it is of indian service tag and given me bill of it.Now my laptop had seriously breakdown due to motherboard issue it is totally of no use .When i visited the service center of delhi they told me this is the product of dubai and the bill is not valid in india which was provided by Blue star computers.still my laptop is under warranty period but there is no use of this warranty period for my laptop so sir kindly grant my complaint
