Hi Sir,
I have taken the Tikona internet connection previously their executive told if i take a connection i will get 2 months internet free then after 2 months they are are going to cut my monthly charges. But after 1 months they send me the bill, then i had mail them that they are not sending me the correct bill pls solve the issue, i should not get the bill for this months but they haven’t taken any action. Then customer care call me to pay the bill which i was suppose to get it free, i told them that executive told me that you will get 2 months free and now you are telling me to pay the bill which means that either your executive has fraud me or you are cheating me . I have also giving the name and number of the executive from whom i have taken the connection i told them to talk to your executive and ask what he promise to me
But they haven’ agreed. Now they are threatening me that we will file a case if you want pay the bill we will drag you to court Some Advocate call me threatening me i am filing a case, one police man also call me saying pay the bill or i will make a warrant on your name he told me that i am calling from Delhi. Please take a quick action on this matter
