I bought a new phone on 12/11/12. It started giving me problem from the next day i started using the phone. I took it to the dealer.. he directed me to the go to the nokia service centre. I took the phone there and they said the software of the phone needs to be updated and i followed the same. even after the updation of the software the problem persisted and i took it to the service center again. they kept the phone for a week with them and said the problem has been rectified. But the problem persisted. i was then given the no. of regional head aanchal.. but still the problem persists.. then when i took the phone to the center they said it has been internally damaged(internal shield not there) and they dont support any physical damaged and the repair is chargeable. I called the center head Asish and he submitted the phone again. This has been a mess now and I told them i need this pone to be replaced to wchich they said the phone will be repaid. I have recharged my net card inthe phone which is a waste of money to me as am not able to avail the services . other services which are provided with the phone is also waste to me as the facilities will expire on 9th feb 2013 and the phone is still with the center. Please help me out with this.
