THIS IS I AM WRITING WITH DEEP ANGER AND IRRITATION AND MENTAL HARASSMENT ABOUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK
ALMOST 7-8 MONTH BACK I GAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE SALE PERSON OF TIKONA FOR DEMO AFTER MANY CALLS AND FOLLOWUP. HE GAVE ME THE DEMO WITH ALL WIRELESS BROADBAND EQUIPMENT AND SHOWED PLANS.
I DID NOT CONVINCE WITH PLANS AND THE SERVICE. I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY HE USED SOME OTHER EXISTING CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO SHOW THE DEMO. IT WAS TERRIBLE TO SEE THAT HE WAS LOGGING IN SOME ONCE ACCOUNT AND USING HIS SERVICES. I OBJECTED HIM AND TOLD HIM I AM NOT INTERESTED. HE WENT OFF SAYING I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF BETTER PLAN INTRODUCED.
AFTER MONTH OR TWO SUDDENLY I RECEIVED THE BILL FROM TIKONA SAYING THAT THERE BILL OVERDUE.I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT MY NAME & MOBILE NUMBER WITH FAKE ADDRESS.I CALLED THERE CALL CENTERS MANY TIMES AND MAILED THEM THAT I AM NOT THE USER. BUT THERE IS SO MUCH LACK OF CO OPERATION AND COMMUNICATION GAP THAT EVEN AFTER MAILING THEM AND CALLING THEM I USED TO GET CALL & MAILS FROM THEM FOR DUE PAYMENT AND PAY FOR THE BILL.NEITHER THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO INVESTIGATE NOR HAVE BOTHERED TO REPLY. I ALSO GAVE THEM THE NAME THERE AGENT BUT THEY SIMPLY REPLIED “GO AND MAKE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM’
AGAIN AND AGAIN I CALLED THEM & MAILED THEM (I HAVE ALL PROOFS RECORDED CALLS & EMAILS) AND TOLD THEM. FINALLY CALL STOPPED. 6-7 MONTH PASSED AWAY AND ALL
AGAIN TOKONA CAME IN ACTION FOR HARASSMENT.
I GOT CALL FROM THERE RECOVERY LAWYER ON 25TH JAN 2013 AND TOLD THAT THERE IS BILL DUE OF RS.1871, I AGAIN PLAYED SAME RECORD TO HIM AND HE TOLD TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE. HE ONLY GAVE ME MY SERVICE NO WHICH WAS REGISTERED ON MY NAME. MY GOD AGAIN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE( RATHER SHLD CALLED CUSTOMER HARASS CENTER), AGAIN I CALLED HIM AND HIS TONE WAS CHANGED , HE THREATENED ME AND TOLD HE DON’T KNOW ANYTHING HE WANT AMOUNT TO BE CLEARED.
THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THIS IS SOME ONE USING INTERNET ON MY NAME AND NEVER KNOWS WHAT KIND OF MISUSE POSSIBLE AND CHANCES OF CYBER-CRIME.
I ALSO APPEAL TO ALL INTERNET USER THAT
1) BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE PROVIDING THE INTERNET SERVICES WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION. I NEVER GOT CALL FROM THEM FOR VERIFICATION
2) KEEP CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD EVERY 15 DAYS, DON’T THINK YOU ONLY KNOW YOUR PASSWORD ESPECIALLY WHAT I SAW WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
I AM IN PROCESS WITH LODGING POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST TIKONA AND TALKING TO MEDIA ABOUT THESE LOOP HOLES.
