I am USing TATA SKY DTH for 5 years till date.
Last year in 13th October 2012 i had to change my Set top box for first time,they charged INR 350 for that against Work order but they didn’t provide me WO Copy ,Warranty card of the set top box. Irepeatedly requested and paid them late every month for the seriousness but they didn’t listen.
Recenty on 26th Jan 2013 again my set top box had to be changed for same reason of poor signal reception, they again charged INR 350 from me ,when i asked for warranty but they said its 3 months for replaced set top box!!!
Agin they didn’t provide me WO Copy and warranty card stating 3 months.
Please take stern actiln against their faulty acts.I myself work in TATA Motors Pvt. Ltd. but iams hocked to see when TATs belive in such customer satisfaction and TCOC(TATA COde of Conduct) how TATA SKY Is enagin in such dirty business means.
