Wrong name and several calls a day

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Videocon D2H

Dear Sir, Despite submitting address and Identity Proofs the company added my name as NISHANT KANT where as my ID supports NISHIKANT. They call 4-5 times a day when it comes recharge our account by our side but never hear their customers. I requested several times for the change in name but they say that this is not possible. Why is it not possible to correct a mistake. Mistake should not be done if impossible to correct.
My customer ID is-69267810
Name – NISHIKANT(Not NISHANT KANT)
Request – Correction in name
