My brother purchased a phone “Samsung galaxy S duos” on Jan 5, 2013 from Snapdeal online having one memory card of 16 GB as freebie with it. Which was expected to deliver to me on or before 10 Jan, 2013. But they didn’t deliver it on time even they didn’t inform me for the delay. When I called customer care and write lots of emails. Finally, they delivered on 15 Jan, 2013 but I didn’t get any memory card with phone. Till then I calling customer care and writing emails many times for my memory card. But they are not listening me and not even responding.
