Hello Consumer Forum,

I am Suddha Swattwa Mukhopadhyay from Kolkata ( Mob + 91983165584).I have been using TATA SBI Credit Card for more than 6 years now with no issues until yesterday on 24-JAN-2012 I received couple of messages on my mobile number +919831655684 about couple of fraud transaction made against tata card number 5126229244006527

The fraud transaction details are as follows

1. Rs 41,118.07 at SYSTEMBOLAGET on 24-Jan-13 around 4.07 PM IST
2.Rs 26,151.09 at COOP FORUM ESKILSTUNA on 24-Jan-13 around 4.10 PM IST. This trasaction got declined because the card was blocked by TATA SBI suspecting a fraudulent case.

I immediately received a call from the customer support number (+911243992215) regarding the same and intimated that the transactions has been done in Sweden.As discussed in the call I have already submitted the dispute form against the fraudulent transaction of amount (Rs 41,118.07) mentioned in point 1 above.

I want a speedy resolution of this case. And want the disputed amount cleared from the credit card bill which is going to be generated in the next month.
