Dear sir,

I have purached online an item combo(mp3 with memory card) from 100bestbuy.Com on 31-dec-2012 in 489 rs, I have paid 489 rs from my debit card.

I have called the number given on thier site number of times but no one given me any solution , no one know what is happening. I have written emails but they have replied back the item will be dispatched shortelly.

Please help in getting my money back, I will be highly thankful for your kindness.
