Fraudulent deduction of Money

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I opened google. Then typed a word “leon”. Thereafter i started opening the sites one by one and on clicking one such site i received a messaage that “Hello! FHM World Service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till 31-01-2013 and a 7 days rental of Rs.35 will reflect in your next bill.To Deactivate send CAN FHM/DCT FHM to 111/144.”
Now I want to state that I never activated this service myself. Thereafter inorder to make sure whether they have really deducted my money I contacted vodafone customer care executive who replied in the affirmative and I was astonished to know that this is a tieup between vodafone and the company which deducted my balance and sent me this message. He also said that the only solution is to deactivate the service and in no way my money will be refunded.
When I said that there was no such prior information about possible deduction of money then how could you charge me just for clicking on the site which google has displayed as my search Result he said that this is your fault not ours which is totally unacceptable.
I want to know that how can I be penalised for no fault of mine. I want immediate reversal of service if any and refund of my money.
