conversion of postpaid into prepaid

Name of company/service: reliance communications

i asked reliance customer care to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but they are not ready to change. webworld people are saying to get it done from customer care and customer care is saying that web world will do it. when i warn them about consumer forum so they said that you are most welcome, consumer court and all these are useless.
