My TATA Docomo Postpaid Number.9043021677, bought on 14th Dec, 2012 (Plan Details – Rs.199-Diet,300 STD minutes Free and Rs. 99 (6GB Data) plan for a month, from TATA Docomo outlet Chetpet Chennai, On 15th,Dec,2012 morning my SIM was activated and I started using only internet, after using of 2-3 days, my number has been barred from the service, after that I have visited and also spoken to customer care and saying that, I have crossed given credit limit of Rs.800, then I enquired how come I would be crossing my credit when I didnt used anything which cost to me, they explained me that I have used internet for about 360mb and total amount of usage is Rs.4645 (OMG) shocked and mentally disturbed. Again I have spoken customer care explained my tariff plan and told me that, they haven’t activated my Rs.99 6GB data plan, thats why I have been charged. and also told me that this mistake is done from TATA Docomo site so they will waive the amount which was charged, again they release my services, and i have been using smoothly but there is no changes in my number account in TATA Docomo website.. Till now they are not solving my issue, instead of solving my issue, they are keep on calling me and asking for the payment, torturing me mentally, two days before my outgoing calls has barred again and i was totally disturbed, I have spoken to Mr. Mahesh Babu (Customer care Executive-TATA Docomo) he never care of what My issue, finally he tranferred my calls to their Supervisor Mr. Nagaraj and he gave me assurance that all my problem will be solved by 22nd of Jan-2013 and again release outgoing service, next day again my outgoing calls has been barred spoken to Ms. Sathiya (Customer Care Executive – Tata Docomo) she was not able to solve my issue so she told me that concern department will call me back before 4p.m, till now I havent got any response and I’m still suffering, mentally disturbed. I request to concern authority to solved my issue.
