Warranty Issue

i had purchased laptop hp mini 311 1037 NR at May 2011 , from local vendor Nehru place. there was warranty one year , after one i had extend warranty in May 2012 of my laptop form Entarbo technologies , a service partner of Hp company , Now there is problem in my system then they are not helping me and saying this not eligible warranty . tell me what should i do for this.
