Dear Sir,
I have been continously calling your office for my refund and there is no reply or any courtesy call when it comes to refund… My flight from Guwhati to Delhi was cancelled by the Air India airline and they informed that the refund will be given i have it in writing as well from the airline and till date i have not received any calls from you guys please go through the records as to how many times i called. I need my refund immediately else i will have to approach the consumer forum for mental harassment as i have recorded every conversation of mine with Make my trip.
request you to reply ASAP. every time i call they say they will speak to the airline and get back but no one till date got back. Please treat this very seriously.

    My name is pradeepta kumar panda and i had booked an international ticket for my cousin brother Mr
    Ashok kumar sahoo boarding from BBI to DXB . I booked this ticket on 18/12/2018 and get the
    confirmation mail on my mail id , same day. My brother supposed to travel on 20th Nov 2018.But not
    possible because ticket was not booked properly by make my trip .On enquiry about this ,make my trip
    call centre executive not guided me properly. Since 20th Dec afternoon till now. no solution provided.
    It indicates big mistake by me on choosing make my trip as my travel agent.

    Attaching supporting documents & some calls for your audit purpose.

    I am sincerely requesting you why my brother was penalised one day and without my notice how make my
    trip/Air India Authority cancel the booking and where the confirmation of cancellation is. He also
    spent some additional amount Rs 10000 /- .I need back my money ( Tkt cost Rs 16138 (tkt no – 098-
    2966245522 ) +one day stay expenses Rs 10000+Excess Amount of new tkt Rs 2134= Total Rs 28272 /- .
    Kindly request you to go through the case and reimburse the amount asap.
