Name of company/service: tikona broadband services

This is in regards to Internet connection of Tikona i am using in .
My User Id is 1105330051 and account is registered in the name of Ms Neha Dapkara. Previous i was facing problem with internet connectivity many times and despite of numerous complain my internet was not working 2 weeks after that also i cpmplained many times,but they didn’t send any engineer to solve the problem.
then finally i asked to disconnect the services in month of august and they reply ok your request is in process and from august onwards no need to pay the bills.but they continously sending me bill without no usage.
one week ago i got a call from lawyer and he threaten me that if i doidnt pay bill then i have to go to delhi court and pay have to pay around 32000 if i didnt pay.so i pay the bill in panic without no usage.

Now also they didnt send anyone to disconnect the connection.this way they are making money without givivng services.and they are not disconnecting the connection also.

plz help i also have proof of mails from august that i want disconnection from the services and they replied soon u ll got disconnected.

and i have already payed for service later on i raised a request for disconnection,
Now i want my money back and do not want to continue with the service please help .

Several of my friends have also faced the Issue with Tikona . they continue sending bills even if the person is not using their service and if he does not pays the they threaten him with a lawyer for court complain and forcefully collect that money from him.
