I Piyush bajaj had booked a round trip ticket from Bangalore-Raipur on 22.9.2012 through cleartrip.com. I cancelled the Bangalore-raipur ticket dated 10th November 2012. Till date i still haven’t got a refund. Clear trip says it needs an endorsement letter from Jet Airways but when i went to the Airport which is some 45 kms from where i live just to get the endorsement, Jet Airways said , they hadn’t received any acknowledgment from clear trip and they will not issue an endorsement letter . Clear Trip tells me they can’t refund and Jet Airways wont refund either . What am i to do here. I am in a fix , for the past 2 and a half months i have been calling clear trip again and again . Please look into my case . I am looking for a positive response .
