Charges keep changing on call to call basis for a multi room connection
First call was made on 19 Jan where charges were conveyed as 591 rs as Installation charge and monthly 150 rs
A call yesterday to Tatasky executive badri resulted into different answer. In the end of the call, I was ASSURED by Badri that there will be a callback given after listening to the call happened on 19 Jan. There were no callbacks. A call to Tatasky executive Mohd. Afroz and Arun resulted into disconnection from Arun and In chat support Thomas J has only resulted into him giving reply with my account balance which was never my query….PLEASE HELP
