Name of company/service: Vodaphone post paid connection
I have been using vodophone Post connection since 5 years. i am using a dual SIM phone with Idea prepaid SIM as additional SIM. I am using internet with Idea SIM and internet data settings are for Master SIM which has idea SIM. All the deductions are through IDEA SIM.Now in the current billing(more than Rs 2000), Vodaphone is suddenly claiming that internet services were used through vodaphone Live.. Disgusting and absolutely rubbish…seems Vodaphone has discovered new ways of earnig money & probably loosing their valuable customers….i am also filing a complaint in consumer forum as well. Kindly let me know what else can be done
