Name of company/service: BSNL With Bp-Hungma
During last 25 days I have been receiveing following message on my BSNL prepaid mobile number “Dear re 1 store user your account has been renewed with rs5/3days. To deactivate send to 54646”. Inspite of multiple request this service is not being deactivated and unnecessarily Rs 50/- so far has been deducted from my account. I send the deaactivation request to BSNL whcih again cost Rs 2 per SMS. So over all it is not good experience and causing inconvienience to me.
