Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

Idea deducted my rs99 yesterday saying that i have downloaded some Video from XINLABS. I never downloaded this video and never asked Idea for this value deductible Service. Idea please give me proof that i have raised request and you have conformation from for deduction of rs99 else return my money.
