Indane Gas agency Pradeep Ent., Bhopal is fraud and doing malpractice

I have transferred my Indane gas connection from Pradeep enterprises to Archana gas agency due to relocation. As per guidelines i must get 3 cylinder this year, but Pradeep Ent. has done malpractice and forwarded 2 cylinder to Archana gas. When i asked him about this, the owner of Pradeep Ent. misbehaved and asked me not to waste his time. This shows that he knowingly doing this type of fraud.
A strong action to be taken against him immediately.
