We have a problem with our step-box for the past 10 days. It does not turn on on switching on the power. I tried to call the customer care but was unable to reach them. I finally got to talk to them today morning but I was asked to call back and complaint after two hours. I did call back in the evening then I was told that it would cost me Rs.125 to raise a complain even though I requested to raise the complaint he terminated call without doing it. Please kindly help me with this issue.
