Dear Sir,
This is in regards to Internet connection of Tikona i am using in .
My User Id is 1107007117 and account is registered in the name of Ms Ankita Gupta. Previous i was facing problem with internet connectivity and despite of numerous complain my internet was not working for around one and half month and i have already payed for three month service later on i raised a request for disconnection, then they called me up and sent an engineer to visit my place and persuaded me to continue with the connection and again by paying Rs 1041 in advance i did that as i was in a urgent use of internet connection . and now again the connection has stopped working from past 20 days and i have again called them up several time but no one turned up or resolved my Issue and i have raised a complian on 19 of Dec 2012. I have also raised a disconnection request and but no body is working on that and later again they will send me a bill and will ask to pay it
Now i want my money back and do not want to continue with the service please help .
Several of my friends have also faced the Issue with Tikona . they continue sending bills even if the person is not using their service and if he does not pays the they threaten him with a lawyer for court complain and forcefully collect that money from him.
