Regarding E5 nokia mobile which is under warranty worth Rupees 9500/-

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bicholim-Goa&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Nokia care centre,k telecom,103A,A WING,first floor,Rizvi towers,Near pharmacy college,panaji-Goa</p>As i have already file complaint in consumer forum in goa in ,Dept of civil supplies and consumer affairs ,junta house,panaji goa complaint no:Adcs/ccc/88/2012/734 regarding my E5 nokia mobile which is under warranty,but i am not getting any solution from last 5 months.As when i gave my cell to service centre -they told that its warranty got cancelled but in my hand there is nothing happened like fall in water and even not giving any service.
so will you please sort out this matter as i have complaint regarding the same thinking that consumer forum solve case in a month but still nothing moves from your side.
