Hi i am new user of YOU BROADBAND at Ahmedabad.. Right now i having a plan of 512kbps-1mbps as day /night plan(Angel Plan) . But the main problem is i just get stuck at 1kbps to 3 kbps … I paid Rs.771 in favor of You Broadband .. TOTALITY of this plan is completely frustrating by any means … Also the customer care as well as Technical staff is giving us very rudely answers and not all that but also they give us promise to resolve our problem but still problem is not resolved since last one week n it not end up to there but they are also switch us to one department to another department…
