Cheating for wrong connection sale by vodafone

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jaipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Event Managment</p>I was apply for port my no. to vodafone postpaid connection. last 15 days ago and company executive collect my all docoments and told me it will active with in 7 days which was still not active. and i was also apply for 3G connection same day and pay Rs. 2532/- for 4 mth advance . ( 2 GB per mth free and Rs. 450/- per mth rentel) after 15 days they are sent me approx Rs. 3374/- bill. and still i was not use 2 GB data. and today they dissconect the connection
